2. Data we process and why

Booking and payment details (name, email, phone, stay dates and size) are processed to fulfil the accommodation and payment contract. We keep accounts and other records to the extent required by law (e.g. accounting). Support and reservation communication is carried out on the basis of the contract and legitimate interest. Anonymous website analytics runs only after your consent. We do not have access to your card details; they are processed by Stripe.

3. Newsletter and marketing communications

If you give us separate consent in the newsletter sign-up form or booking form, we process your email address to send news, Sardinia tips and special offers from Apartmány s Láskou ♥. The legal basis is your consent. Giving consent is voluntary and is not required to make a booking or use our services. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every marketing email or by contacting info@slaskou.eu.

4. Processors and service providers

To provide the service we use these processors or providers, who receive only the necessary data for their function and according to their own safeguards and terms: Stripe (payments), SMSBRANA (booking-related SMS notifications), WEDOS (booking-related and marketing emails), Convex (application/database service).

5. Analytics and marketing tools

Our own first-party analytics collects the visited path, referrer, device category and a server-side hashed IP identifier. We may also use measurement and marketing integrations of Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and Sklik retargeting. All of these technologies belong to two consent categories (analytics and marketing), are strictly separated, and none of them runs by default — they are activated only after the visitor gives the corresponding consent. Without consent, no analytics or marketing scripts or third-party cookies are loaded. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings on this site.

6. Retention

Booking and communication data is kept for as long as necessary for the contractual purposes and for the period required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept only in aggregated or pseudonymized form for as long as needed for website measurement.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and object to your data, and to data portability where applicable.
