1. Scope and booking formation

These terms apply to accommodation bookings made through slaskou.eu. By submitting the booking form you make an offer to conclude an accommodation contract. The contract is formed only upon the successful online payment of the full booking price through Stripe; until then the booking is non-binding.

2. Parties and contact

3. Total price and payment

The total booking price is shown in the booking form before you confirm. Payment takes place securely online through Stripe; the amount corresponds to the full booking price and is charged immediately. We do not have access to your card details; they are processed by Stripe.

• Full payment online via Stripe.
• The amount is charged immediately at booking.
• Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe.

4. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment through Stripe is successfully received. You will receive confirmation by email. Until you receive confirmation, please treat the booking as provisional.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

You may cancel your booking at any time before the start of your stay by sending written notice to info@slaskou.eu. The time at which we receive your cancellation notice is decisive. We will return the payment using the original payment method, normally within 14 days after we confirm the cancellation. Travel insurance is recommended.

• Cancellation 30 or more days before arrival: 100% of the booking price will be refunded.
• Cancellation 14 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of the booking price will be refunded.
• Cancellation fewer than 14 days before arrival: the payment will not be refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal and mandatory consumer rights

Accommodation supplied for a specific date or period is generally treated as excluded from the standard consumer right of withdrawal for contracts concluded away from business premises under applicable consumer law. This summary is informational and does not constitute legal advice. Your statutory mandatory consumer rights, which cannot be excluded by contract, remain unaffected.

7. Stay and house rules

Guests follow the house rules and the instructions given in the booking confirmation. The guest is liable for damage caused to the accommodation during the stay. For complaints or enquiries contact info@slaskou.eu.
